What happens if you miss a 5‑Day deadline?
For qualifying 5‑Day jobs, we lock in your ship/pickup date. If we miss that agreed date and you met the approval/payment deadline, we’ll refund the 5‑Day premium or credit 10% of the order on your next job
Can I get cheaper pricing if I don’t care about speed?
If your date is flexible and you’re mainly focused on budget, choose Economy. It’s our best value, with a typical 8–12 business day turnaround, but it does not include a guaranteed ship date.
If your event date really matters, most customers choose 5‑Day Deadline Lock, which costs a bit more but includes the guarantee.
Do you ship or is it pickup?
We offer both.
- Local customers: pickup from our shop on your scheduled date.
- Out of area: we can ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping time is on top of your production speed (Economy / 5‑Day / Rush), so we’ll factor that into your quote and timeline.
For guaranteed 5‑Day jobs, we guarantee when your order leaves our shop. We’ll help you pick the right shipping method so it arrives in time for your event.
What if I change my art after approving?
If you change the design, garment, quantity, or print details after approval, we’ll happily update your order, but the 5‑Day clock resets and the guarantee may no longer apply.
We’ll always tell you your new expected date before we restart, so you can decide whether to keep the changes or stick with the original plan.
